We've used Roadman's for years for our heating system maintenance and have had great service BUT this year we needed a new furnace. The service then became exceptional! The two young men that installed the furnace and new learning thermostat fixed an issue that we had previously when we tried to install a new thermostat. They even added it to my app to make sure everything worked as it should. I was contacted prior to installation to be told that my furnace was not in stock and they would upgrade to the top of the line furnace for no extra cost. A few days later I was trying to do the registration for warranty online (wondering how I would get to the serial number) when I received an email from Deb at Rodman's with the registration completed and sent to me! Wow! From start to finish and beyond exemplary customer service!!

As long time Rodman's customers we called on them on February 2nd when our 24 year old furnace began acting up on the coldest night of the year. Several calls for service over the following two weeks were directed through Deb. and were quickly attended by their technicians. Despite their best efforts it died on February 17th. Rodman's owner Kirk personally contacted us and advised that we would be looked after and a new furnace would be installed ASAP. On Tuesday February 21st, technicians Russ and Chris arrived and installed a new furnace without a hitch. Again Kirk dropped by checking on progress and to see if we had any issues. As of February 21st. the new furnace has been working perfectly and we are completely satisfied. Throughout this process we feel our concerns were addressed and that the professional team at Rodman's dedicated themselves until our issues were resolved. Thank you again Rodman's
